N.D. Cent. Code § 32-19-38: What the summons to contain

The summons in a foreclosure action in which the persons unknown are named as defendants must contain, or have appended to it, a statement substantially as follows: This action relates to the foreclosure of a mortgage or lien, as the case may be, upon (here describe the real estate involved in the action).
