N.D. Cent. Code § 41-09-97: (9-526) Rules

Where this section sits in the code

The secretary of state shall adopt and publish rules to implement this chapter. The rules must be:

1.Consistent with this chapter; and

2.Adopted and published in accordance with chapter 28-32.
