N.D. Cent. Code § 43-20-13.2: Registration of dental assistants

To be registered as a registered dental assistant, qualified dental assistant, dental anesthesia assistant, qualified dental assistant limited radiology registrant, or for any individual to be issued a permit, credential, or endorsement by the board related to dental assisting, an individual shall apply and meet the requirements established by the board by rule.
