N.D. Cent. Code § 47-18-07: Application for appraisers

An application for appraisers must be made upon a verified petition showing:

1.The fact that an execution has been levied upon the homestead;

2.The name of the claimant; and

3.That the value of the homestead exceeds the amount of the homestead exemption.
