N.D. Cent. Code § 50-01.2-00.1: Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

1."Department" means the department of health and human services.

2."Host county" means the county within the human service zone in which the human service zone administrative office is located and in which the human service zone team members are employed.
