N.D. Cent. Code § 54-01-09.1: State offenses - Concurrent jurisdiction ceded to the United States. (Contingent effective date - See note)

Concurrent jurisdiction is ceded to the United States over offenses, as defined in section 12.1-01-04, when committed within the boundaries of the tracts of land designated as:

1.Theodore Roosevelt national park.

2.Fort Union trading post national historic site.

3.Knife River Indian villages national historic site.

4.Fort Totten national historic site.
