N.D. Cent. Code § 54-52.6-08: Credit of transfers

The board promptly shall credit the plan account of a participating member who makes an election under section 54-52.6-02 to terminate membership in the public employees retirement system under chapter 54-52 with any amount transferred from the public employees retirement system.
