N.D. Cent. Code § 61-04.1-15: Revocation or suspension of license

The department of water resources may suspend or revoke a license for any of the following reasons:

1.Incompetency.

2.Dishonest practice.

3.False or fraudulent representations made in obtaining a license or permit under this chapter.

4.Failure to comply with any provisions of this chapter or any rules adopted by the department pursuant to this chapter.
