RSA 100-A:36-h: Termination of New Hampshire Policemen's Retirement System.

Effective July 1, 1989, the New Hampshire policemen's retirement system shall cease to exist as an operating retirement system. All assets and liabilities of the New Hampshire policemen's retirement system are hereby transferred to the New Hampshire retirement system to be administered in accordance with RSA 100-A:36-g. The rules and provisions of the New Hampshire policemen's retirement system shall be considered a part of the rules and provisions of the New Hampshire retirement system for purposes of administering RSA 100-A:36-g.
