RSA 106-D:8: Repeal of Compact.

Chapter 106-D: NEW ENGLAND STATE POLICE COMPACT

Renunciation, within the meaning of Article II of the compact shall be accomplished by act of the legislature repealing the compact and by notice in accordance with said article. In the event of such an act of repeal, the governor shall send the necessary notice to the other party states.
