RSA 109:3: Inter-Community Fire Assistance.

Any municipality may, by law or ordinance, authorize and permit the chief or head of its fire department to extend assistance in time of fire emergency to any other municipality, subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be imposed by such law or ordinance.
