RSA 132:15: Penalties.

Any person committing a fraud on the women, infants, and children program under RSA 132:12-a shall be charged under RSA 638:15. Any person violating any other provision of this subdivision or any rule adopted under this subdivision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
