Chapter 141-E: ASBESTOS MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to allow the department to enforce such occupational safety and health standards which have been preempted by the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 29 U.S.C. sec. 651 et seq.
