Complete verbatim records shall be kept by the committee of all hearings, and records of all other actions, proceedings, and correspondence of the committee, including submittals of information and reports by members of the public, shall be maintained, all of which records shall be open to public inspection and copying as provided for under RSA 91-A. Committee records regarding pending applications for a certificate shall also be made available on the committee's website unless such records were submitted under seal and are exempt from public disclosure under RSA 91-A.
