RSA 151-E:23: Statement of Policy.

It is the policy of New Hampshire to establish and implement a comprehensive and coordinated system of care that promotes healthy aging and enables older adults and adults with disabilities to have a meaningful choice in care options, including the ability to receive the care they need in their homes and communities.
