RSA 161-F:67: Respite Care Service Established.

The commissioner shall establish and administer a statewide respite care service for the purpose of providing respite care for eligible persons by trained respite care providers. The service shall be purchased through contracts, and to the extent feasible shall be coordinated through local agencies.
