Chapter 161-M: SENIOR CITIZENS BILL OF RIGHTS

Any facility or person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an unfair or deceptive act or practice as provided in RSA 358-A and shall be penalized in accordance with RSA 358-A:6.
