RSA 169-B:27: Treatment of Juvenile as Adult.

Chapter 169-B: DELINQUENT CHILDREN

Any minor who has been tried and convicted as an adult shall henceforth be treated as an adult for all purposes in connection with any criminal offense with which said minor may be charged.
