Chapter 171-B: INVOLUNTARY ADMISSION FOR PERSONS FOUND NOT COMPETENT TO STAND TRIAL

Subsequent to receipt of the petition for involuntary admission, the clerk shall, within 2 days of receipt of the petition, forward 2 copies to the person sought to be admitted.
