RSA 186:6-a: Limitation of Education.

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the authority of the state department of education shall be limited to the problems associated with kindergarten and grades one through 12, provided, however, that the state board of education shall be authorized to accept, distribute and supervise funds for pre-kindergarten programs.
