RSA 203:12-a: Vesting of Title to Property.

At the time of the entry of any order under the provisions of RSA 203:12 that the authority be permitted to enter immediately upon the real property described in the petition, or any part thereof, or at any time thereafter, the court shall, upon petition of the authority enter an order vesting title to any such property in the authority.
