RSA 204-C:35: Purchase of Obligations by Authority.

The authority may, out of any funds available for bonds and notes, purchase its own bonds or notes. The authority may hold, pledge, cancel or resell such bonds or notes, subject to and in accordance with agreements with bondholders and noteholders.
