RSA 206:19: Penalty for Violation of Rules and Regulations.

Whoever violates any rule, regulation or order of the executive director issued pursuant to the authority contained in the preceding sections of this subdivision, for which violation no specific penalty is provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
