Chapter 206: FISH AND GAME COMMISSION
Commission

The members shall hold office for a term of 5 years, and each shall continue in office until his successor is appointed and qualified. Each year at least 2 members shall be appointed. Vacancies in the commission shall be filled for the unexpired term in the same manner as the original appointment.
