RSA 206:33-b: Transfers from Fish and Game Fund.

If the expenditure of additional funds over budget estimates is necessary for the proper functioning of the fish and game department, the department may request, with prior approval of the legislative fiscal committee, that the governor and council authorize the transfer of funds from the fish and game fund for fish and game department purposes.
