RSA 21-I:53: Cooperation of State Officers and Employees.

All officers and employees of the state shall comply with and aid in carrying out the provisions of this chapter relative to the classified personnel system. Any employee in any department may be excused, with the approval of the department head, from his regular duties for the time required to assist in the preparation and rating of tests when designated by the director of personnel.
