RSA 214:12-a: Licensee Agreements with Private Landowners; Exclusion from Right-to-Know.

Any agreement or record between a private landowner and a person issued a fish and game license under this title, which is provided to, or held by, the department or its staff, shall be maintained confidentially and shall not be considered a public record for purposes of RSA 91-A.
