RSA 215:2-a: Information; Register of Licensed Guides.

The executive director shall furnish a copy of the rules and regulations under which such licenses are issued, with the necessary application form to applicants for license under this chapter. The executive director shall maintain a register of all persons licensed as guides in this state.
