Chapter 215-A: OFF HIGHWAY RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND TRAILS

There shall be established in the division of parks and recreation of the department of natural and cultural resources a bureau of trails. The chief supervisor of the bureau shall report directly to the director of the division of parks and recreation.
