Chapter 215-A: OFF HIGHWAY RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND TRAILS

Any person registering for operation under this chapter any 3-wheeled ATV as an off highway recreational vehicle is encouraged to receive adequate training and education in the safe operation of 3-wheeled ATVs. The New Hampshire fish and game department may provide a suitable ATV education course.
