RSA 228:88: Foreign Corporations.

Any foreign corporation which shall engage in intrastate business as a common carrier by rail within this state after May 1, 1919, shall be subject to the provisions of RSA 228:76-92, and, by applying for authority to begin or by continuing to engage in such intrastate business after said date, shall be deemed to have consented to said provisions as a condition precedent to its right to engage in such intrastate business.
