Chapter 228: ADMINISTRATION OF TRANSPORTATION LAWS

Nothing herein shall be construed to authorize or permit directly or indirectly the diversion or expenditure of highway funds for any purpose prohibited by constitutional or legislative limitation of the state or of the United States.
