Chapter 23: POWERS, BUILDINGS, AND PAYMENT OF SALARIES

Expenditures of trust funds, or of the income from trust funds, shall be paid to agents of the county established to carry out the objects designated by the trusts. If there are no such agents, then the expenditures shall be made by the full board of trustees.
