RSA 232:27: Commissioners' Fees and Expenses.

The fees to be paid to the commissioners for their services on petitions relating to highways shall be paid by the county upon approval by the court, and shall be $5 a day for the time necessarily occupied in attending hearings, and in making examinations and reports, and $.08 a mile for actual travel.
