RSA 235:19: Unexpended Funds.

Chapter 235: FEDERAL AND STATE HIGHWAY AID
State Aid for Class I, II, and III Highways

Any part of such joint fund not expended during the year for which it is set apart and apportioned may be expended on class I, II, or III highways during any succeeding year at the discretion of the commissioner of transportation.
