RSA 237:15-a: Transfers from the General Reserve Account.

If the expenditure of additional funds over budget estimates is necessary for the proper functioning of the bureau of turnpikes, the department of transportation may request that the governor and council authorize the transfer of funds from the general reserve account for highway purposes.
