RSA 237:22: Short Term Notes.

Prior to the issuance of the bonds hereunder, the state treasurer with the approval of the governor and council may for the purposes hereof borrow money from time to time on short term loans which may be refunded by the issuance of the bonds hereunder. Provided, however, that at no one time shall the indebtedness of the state on such short term loans exceed the sum of $14,300,000.
