Chapter 277: SAFETY AND HEALTH OF EMPLOYEES
Prosecutions, Penalties, Etc.

Every employer subject to the provisions of RSA 277 shall immediately send to the commissioner a statement setting forth his name, address, business and approximate number of employees. Any employer wilfully neglecting to comply with the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation.
