RSA 281-A:36: Savings or Insurance; Benefits to Injured Employee From Other Sources.

No savings or insurance of the injured employee independent of this chapter shall be taken into consideration in determining the compensation to be paid under this chapter, nor shall benefits derived from any source other than the employer be considered in fixing the compensation under this chapter.
