RSA 281-A:68: Certification Required.

After January 1, 1995, persons providing vocational rehabilitation services under RSA 281-A:25 as a vocational rehabilitation provider under this chapter shall be certified in accordance with this subdivision; except that state employees providing vocational rehabilitation services as part of the state vocational rehabilitation program established under RSA 21-N and RSA 200-C shall be certified solely in accordance with RSA 21-I:42 and rules adopted pursuant to RSA 21-I:43.
