RSA 284:21-hh: Insurance Authorized.

The commission is hereby authorized to purchase such insurance as it may deem necessary or desirable to insure itself, the state of New Hampshire and its ticket sales agents against any claims which may arise out of the acts or omissions of any such agent in connection with or in any way related to the sale of tickets. Such insurance shall be purchased on behalf of the commission by the department of administrative services, division of procurement and support services.
