RSA 29:2: Bank Deposits.

The treasurer shall deposit all public funds in the treasurer's custody in banks within the state pursuant to RSA 29:1 but the amount of collected funds on deposit in any one bank shall not at any time exceed the sum of its paid-up capital and surplus.
