RSA 3-D:2: Recommendations.

Prior to the appointment of an artist laureate, the New Hampshire council on the arts shall submit to the governor and the executive council the names of persons whom they deem to be worthy of the honorary position. Upon the expiration of the term of the artist laureate, as provided in RSA 3-D:1, the council shall again submit to the governor and the executive council a name or names for a successor.
