RSA 313-A:3: Removal of Members; Vacancies.

The governor and council may remove any member of the board for misconduct, incompetence, neglect of duty, or for any other just cause. Vacancies in the membership of the board shall be filled for the unexpired term by appointment by the governor and council as provided in RSA 313-A:2.
