RSA 322:11: Fee.

The fee for such license or renewal thereof shall be fixed by the board which issues the license, and shall be paid into the treasury of the city or town in which the license is to be in force, and no person shall be required to pay a larger fee for said license than that required to be paid by any other person in the same city or town for a similar license.
