RSA 328-A:3: Powers and Duties of the Board.

Chapter 328-A: PHYSICAL THERAPY PRACTICE ACT

The board shall:

I. Provide for the criteria of examinations for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants and adopt passing scores for these examinations.

II. Regulate the practice of physical therapy by interpreting and enforcing this chapter.

III. Elect officers from its members necessary for the operations and obligations of the board. Terms of office shall be one year.
