Chapter 328-I: BOARD OF REGISTRATION OF MEDICAL TECHNICIANS

Medical technicians registered by the board shall be permitted to provide services through the use of telemedicine. "Telemedicine" means the use of audio, video, or other electronic media for the purpose of diagnosis, consultation, or treatment.
