Chapter 328-J: MEDICAL IMAGING AND RADIATION THERAPY

Persons licensed by the executive director shall be permitted to provide services through the use of telemedicine. "Telemedicine" means the use of audio, video, or other electronic media for the purpose of diagnosis, consultation, or treatment.
