In order to ensure compliance with the performance standard specified in RSA 339-F:4, data from testing conducted by manufacturers to comply with this performance standard shall be kept on file by such manufacturers for a period of 3 years and shall be sent to the commissioner upon its request and to the department of justice upon its request.
