Chapter 374-B: MUNICIPAL ELECTRIC REVENUE BONDS

Notwithstanding any provision of this chapter or any recitals in any bonds and notes issued under this chapter, all such bonds and notes shall be deemed to be investment securities under RSA 382-A.
